Product Description
Conceived in the back of an old pick-up truck in Memphis, Earl has never looked back at his less than humble beginnings. A legend in his own mind, he preferred to bask in the glory of his alter ego, 'Earlvis'. Between gigs at the now famous nightclubs, Charred and Feathered and Escape the Coyote, Earl was busy breaking hearts from Vegas to Branson. A life-long bachelor, Earl's smoldering good looks and charming personality make him the ultimate "chick" magnet. Now semi-retired, Earl owns a small honky-tonk joint in Daytona where 'Earlvis' sightings are often reported. Catch him if you can...Earl is a handpainted, poly-filled latex dog toy for those discerning customers who prefer rubber chicken in their diet .

5 out of 5 stars Charming Dog Toy!   June 21, 2008
Courtney Winberry (Forest Hill, MD)
I have two dogs, a yellow lab (93 pounds) and a 6 month old Boxer. I was worried they might rip this toy up in about 2 seconds, but I am pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it is!!! My dogs love this thing - they play tug of war with it, the puppy chews on it constantly, and it is still in one piece! The only thing that did not hold up on this was the squeaky thing inside of it. It just stopped squeaking (I happen to prefer it that way myself...). They liked it so much I also bought the Henrietta Chicken (Earl's girlfriend). This one still has it's squeaker, (a very loud one)! My husband says that's because a girl will be heard no matter what, even if it's a chicken!! This is a great toy!!

5 out of 5 stars Perfect for Small to Medium Dogs   April 13, 2008

I have a wild little Shih Tzu and this is his favorite toy by far. I have had one for about a year before it finally got worn out. He loves the large one. I'm ordering 2 more this time!

1 out of 5 stars Entertaining, but dead quickly   December 14, 2007
Benjamin A. Cunningham
My dog loved this thing for the 5 minutes that it lasted. Let me preface this by saying my dog really plays with his toys hard, but he's not destructive with them. When I gave it to him, he was really excited and ran around squeaking and flopping it all around. The squeaker died within 5 minutes. I've bought cheap $1 rubber toys from Walmart that have lasted a year without dying. For the price of this toy, it should not die as fast as this one did. If your dog is extremely gentle with their toys, then go ahead and get this one -- they'll love it. If you're dog likes to really play with their toys -- as they're meant to do! - then pass on this one.
